Who you are buying from. Products are manufactured and supplied by Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited (“Nuvo Aeon”, “the Company”) under the “Sparkles” brand and are sold to you by an authorised Digital Franchise Partner (“Franchise Partner”), who is the seller and merchant of record. Buyback and exchange are services of the Franchise Partner only — not Nuvo Aeon.
1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who you are dealing with
The Site is operated by Nuvo Aeon, which manufactures and supplies the products under the “Sparkles” brand. Your purchase is made from, and your tax invoice is issued by, the authorised Digital Franchise Partner, who is the seller and merchant of record. Your purchase contract is therefore with the Franchise Partner. Nuvo Aeon stands behind the manufacturing and authenticity of the product.
3. Nature of the Site
The Site is a catalogue and ordering platform. Prices displayed are the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and are indicative. Orders are confirmed and processed through the authorised Franchise Partner and the Company’s order desk. The display of a product does not constitute a binding offer to sell.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. You represent that all information you provide is accurate.
5. Product information
Products are IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds set in hallmarked precious metals. Slight variation may occur due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery, screen settings, and photography. Such minor variation is not a defect.
6. Pricing — indicative; final on actuals
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, metal weights, and specifications shown are indicative only. As items are made to order in precious metals, the final price is calculated on actuals and is confirmed to you before your order becomes binding. You are charged only the confirmed amount you accept at order confirmation.
7. Orders, confirmation & made-to-order items
Many products are made to order. After you place an order, a representative will contact you to confirm specifications and timelines. An order is confirmed onlyonce the required advance payment is received and acknowledged. The seller reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
8. Buyback & exchange — Franchise Partner only
Any buyback, exchange, upgrade, or resale-value scheme is a commercial arrangement between you and the Franchise Partner (the seller), offered at the Partner’s sole discretion and responsibility. It is not provided, funded, or guaranteed by Nuvo Aeon. The Franchise Partner is solely responsible for, and indemnifies Nuvo Aeon against, any such promise. Raise any related query directly with the Franchise Partner from whom you purchased.
9. Certification & authenticity
Eligible products carry an IGI certificate for the lab-grown diamond, attesting to authenticity and specifications only. The certificate does not make Nuvo Aeon the seller, nor create any buyback or resale obligation on Nuvo Aeon.
10. No additional warranty
Save for the manufacturing-defect remedy in the Return & Exchange Policy, products are supplied without further warranty or guarantee, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Normal wear and tear is not a defect.
11. Intellectual property
All content — the “Sparkles” brand, logos, designs, images, and text — is the property of Nuvo Aeon or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvo Aeon’s liability is limited to its manufacturing obligations and the value of the product supplied. Nuvo Aeon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, nor for the acts, omissions, or promises of any Franchise Partner. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
