Cancellation Policy

Who you are buying from. Products are manufactured and supplied by Nuvo Aeon Diamond and Jewellery Private Limited (“Nuvo Aeon”, “the Company”) under the “Sparkles” brand and are sold to you by an authorised Digital Franchise Partner (“Franchise Partner”), who is the seller and merchant of record. Buyback and exchange are services of the Franchise Partner only — not Nuvo Aeon.
1. Cancellation within 3 days
You may cancel an order within three (3) days from the date of order placement and receive a full refund of any advance paid, provided manufacturing has not yet commenced.
2. Cancellation after 3 days or once production begins
As products are made to order, cancellations requested after the 3-day window — or after production has commenced, whichever is earlier — may not be accepted. In such cases the advance may be forfeited to the extent required to cover materials procured and work already carried out. The seller’s decision, made reasonably, is final.
3. Company-initiated cancellation
The seller or Nuvo Aeon may cancel an order in cases such as an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, or inability to verify order/payment details. Any amount paid for a Company-cancelled order is refunded in full.
4. How to cancel
To request a cancellation, contact your Franchise Partner or email support@poddardiamonds.com with your order details as early as possible. Timing is assessed from when the request is received.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as otherwise agreed, within a reasonable period.
