1. Lab-grown diamonds

Sparkles jewellery features lab-grown diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical, chemical, and optical properties as mined diamonds; they are grown in controlled conditions rather than extracted from the earth. All diamonds are represented clearly and truthfully as lab-grown.

2. IGI certification

Eligible products are accompanied by an IGI certificate for the lab-grown diamond, attesting to its authenticity and specifications. The certificate relates to the product only and does not, by itself, make Nuvo Aeon the seller of record or create any buyback or resale obligation on Nuvo Aeon.

3. Hallmarking

Precious-metal components are hallmarked in accordance with applicable requirements. Please retain all certificates and documentation provided with your purchase, as they may be required for defect claims or servicing.

4. Natural variation

As jewellery is handcrafted, minor variation in appearance, weight, or finish may occur and is not a defect. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the delivered item.
